Recent estimates suggest about 50 million people have an Uber account on their phone. As of today, Uber passengers are entitled to $1 million in liability as well as uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. Anyone who’s a victim of an accident while traveling in an Uber car has the legal right to peruse compensation for any time lost at work, pain & suffering, and medical bills that resulted from the accident. Families of loved ones who are killed in an Uber accident can seek compensation as well.
